The Democrat establishment’s attempts to generate hostility against Ann Romney for being a decent, normal person (or “corporate wife” as Fox News moonbat Juan Williams would bark) are paying off. Look how revved up the base is getting:
[L]iberals have taken to Twitter in the wake of Ann Romney’s speech at the Republican National Convention calling for her death.
The tweets were first noticed early this morning by a blogger withPundit Press.
A Twitter poster named Gregory Martinez tweeted how his desire to murder Ann Romney, saying: “I want to murder Ann Romney right now.” …
[O]ther posters such as an Ashley Miller urged the wife, mother and cancer survivor to commit suicide.
“Ann Romney, go kill yourself,” Miller wrote in her Twitter feed. Her sentiments were joined in by an individual identified simply as Connor, who wrote; “Ann romney: Kill yourself.”
Good, evil. Make your choice and vote accordingly.
The number of Americans filing new claims for jobless benefits was unchanged last week, pointing to a labor market that was treading water.
Initial claims for state unemployment benefits were a seasonally adjusted 374,000, the Labor Department said on Thursday. The prior week’s figure was revised up to show 2,000 more applications than previously reported.
In a separate report, consumer spending rose 0.4 percent in July, the best showing in five months and ahead of the 0.3 percent income gain.
Economists polled by Reuters had forecast claims dipping to 370,000 last week. The four-week moving average for new claims, a better measure of labor market trends, rose 1,500 to 370,250.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal court has ruled against a Texas law that would require voters to present photo IDs to election officials before being allowed to cast ballots in November.
A three-judge panel in Washington ruled Thursday that the law imposes “strict, unforgiving burdens on the poor” and noted that racial minorities in Texas are more likely to live in poverty.
The decision involves an increasingly contentious political issue: a push, largely by Republican-controlled legislatures and governor’s offices, to impose strict identification requirements on voters.
The ruling comes in the same week that South Carolina’s strict photo ID law is on trial in front of another three-judge panel in the same federal courthouse. A court ruling in the South Carolina case is expected in time for the November election
Priorities. Last November Barack Obama sent a personal letter of condolencewhen rapper Heavy D passed away at 44.
Al Sharpton read the note at the funeral.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. He will be remembered for his infectious optimism and many contributions to American music. Please know that you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.”
But when 17 members of the elite Navy SEALs were killed in the crash in Afghanistan back in August 2011, hesent their parentsa form letter.
Guess who’s riding in to Tampa and into the Republican Convention
I know what you’re thinking. Did I fire six shots or only five? Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I’ve kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum – the most powerful hand gun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you’ve got to ask yourself one question–Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk!

VOTE NOVEMBER 6, 2012…. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OF OUR, OR ANY LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!
A few days ago, Jennifer Granholm, the incompetent ex-governor of Michigan, said, as Hurricane Isaac was headed towards Tampa, that Isaac was proof that God hates Republicans. She wasn’t the only booger eatin’ moh-ron who said that. There were other liberals progressives rat bastard commies who said the same thing. So, using their logic, now that Isaac is nearing Nawlins, that must be proof that God hates black people.
God is a bigot! Who knew? Just remember, it was liberals progressives rat bastard commies who said God was behind Isaac. I, myself, think it’s all Bush’s fault. He hauled out his handy dandy Haliburton Hurricane Generating Machine and created Isaac, just like he created Katrina seven years ago.
Just remember, everything is Bush’s fault. If Oblunder gets reelected and continues his destruction of America, every one of his failures will be Bush’s fault.
In actuality, all of his failures will be the voters’ fault for giving this incompetent empty suit four more years. And I guess his energy secretary will be happy since four more years of Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade will prolly give us $5 a gallon gas.
