The Electric Chair Would Be Just Fine!

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the U.S. soldier who slipped away from his patrol base in Afghanistan in 2009 and was held in captivity for five years, has been charged with desertion and misbehaving before the enemy, Army officials said Wednesday, setting the stage for emotionally charged court proceedings in coming months.

The charges were announced by the service at Fort Bragg, N.C., hours after the 28-year-old was handed a charge sheet, according to one of his attorneys. Bergdahl will next face a preliminary Article 32 hearing, which is frequently compared to a grand jury proceeding in civilian court.

If convicted, he faces the possibility of life in prison.

Did the military do away with the death penalty for desertion? Because this SCUMBAG is a poster child for it – 10 good soldiers died trying to rescue his worthless ass. And while you’re at it, hang his father, the BASTARD that was pleading in arabic for his son’s return while wearing a FREAKING MUSLIM skull cap?

Was Andreas Lubitz a Muslim Convert?

When senseless evil shatters the lives of the innocent, you usually don’t have to look far to find Islam, so it should come as no surprise that Andreas Lubitz — who deliberately crashed Germanwings Flight 4U9525, killing 150 people — is claimed to be a recent convert to the Religion of Peace:

According to Michael Mannheimer, a writer for German PI-News, Germany now has its own 9/11, thanks to the convert to Islam, Andreas Lubitz.

Translation from German:

All evidence indicates that the copilot of Airbus machine in his six-months break during his training as a pilot in Germanwings, converted to Islam and subsequently either by the order of “radical”, ie. devout Muslims , or received the order from the book of terror, the Quran, on his own accord decided to carry out this mass murder. As a radical mosque in Bremen is in the center of the investigation, in which the convert was staying often, it can be assumed that he – as Mohammed Atta, in the attack against New York – received his instructions directly from the immediate vicinity of the mosque.

Hillary Clinton is a typical progressive who, like her former boss, believes the ends justify the means and that anything she does in pursuit of liberal ideology is OK. How dare anyone try to hold her accountable. Is this some kind of vast right wing conspiracy?
In true liberal style Hillary blamed a vast right wing conspiracy for the uproar over her husband’s inability to keep his private parts off other women. Liberals always blame others.
Clinton used a private email server to conduct business when she was the Secretary of State. There is no doubt whatsoever that she did this to avoid scrutiny and so that she could scrub the emails before they were ever released. She circumvented (and more likely broke) the law so she could not be held accountable for what she wrote.
There were 18.5 minutes of erased recordings in the Nixon tapes (and there is evidence that was an error by the secretary) and he was forever branded a crook. Hillary has done much worse and she has defenders from the left who claim this is much ado about nothing.
Yes, there are those who are using servergate to derail her as the front runner but the fact she is still a frontrunner says a lot about what liberals are willing to allow in order to keep power and to keep big government growing.
Hillary asserted that she did not break any laws and that she made sure her emails were addressed to at least one State Department email address so they could be captured and archived.
Turns out that this is not true (shocked face) as it has now been disclosed that she sent information to others working with her to their PRIVATE email addresses which means those items were not archived.
My good friend Alan West reports on this here.
In addition to Hillary breaking the law there are additional concerns that her server was not secure and that it was vulnerable to many attacks. There is evidence (though no one has confirmed) that a hacktivist group successfully infiltrated her server. Images of emails allegedly sent by her have been released to the interwebs.
She lied about many things and I am willing to bet (I am certain enough to say I know) she discussed sensitive, and likely classified, information through her private address.
The next place Hillary occupies should not be the White House. It should be a cell in a federal penitentiary.
How fitting it would be if the wife of Bill Clinton ended up in a penal institute…
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Apple Watch Edition Buyers Will Get The Red Carpet Treatment

When you’re buying a $10,000 watch, you expect first-class service — and Apple is apparently ready to deliver. Sources for 9to5Mac claim that people who buy the gold Apple Watch Edition will get to skip the queues whenever they need help. They’ll be bumped to the front of the line when buying, and they’ll have an hour to spend trying out watches in a private area (complete with an expert) instead of 15 minutes at a table like the hoi polloi. And if the worst happens, they’ll get at least two years of access to a dedicated Edition phone support line that operates around the clock. This kind of bend-over-backwards help isn’t unusual in the luxury world, where concierges and other one-on-one services are common, but it’s not exactly standard fare for a company that will gladly sell you a $50 music player.

Back on January 9th, a group of Pekin, Illinois bikers were riding west on I-74 when they saw a girl about to jump off the Murray Baker Bridge. So they stopped.

George, their leader, a big burly man of 53, gets off his Harley, walks through a group of gawkers, past the State Trooper who was trying to talk her down off the railing, and says,

“Hey Baby…..Whatcha doin’ up there on that railin’?”

She says tearfully, “I’m going to commit suicide!”

While he didn’t want to appear ‘sensitive’, George also didn’t want to miss this ‘be-a-legend’ opportunity either so he asked:
“Well, before you jump, Honey-Babe…..why don’t you give ole George here your best last kiss?”

So, with no hesitation at all, she leaned back over the railing and did just that. And it was a long, deep, lingering kiss followed immediately by another even better one.

After they breathlessly finished, George gets a big thumbs-up approval from his biker-buddies, the onlookers and even the State Trooper, and then says:

“Wow! That was the best kiss I have ever had, Honey! That’s a real talent you’re wasting, Sugar Pie. You could be famous if you rode with me. Why in the world are you committing suicide?”

“My parents don’t like me dressing up like a girl.”

It’s still unclear whether she jumped or was pushed.

Senate GOP Asking New Questions About Emails For Clinton And “MUSLIM” Abedin, Who Had special Rmployment Status

Senate Republicans are renewing efforts to learn why Huma Abedin, a top assistant to then-Secretary of State

Hillary Clinton, was allowed to keep working at the agency under a special, part-time status while also being employed at a politically-connected consulting firm.

The new requests are being made by Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, following revelations that both women used a private Internet server and email accounts for State Department correspondence.

Grassley says the earlier requests to the department have been largely ignored, so the new ones have gone to the department’s inspector general and to Secretary of State John Kerry, seeking their involvement.

Grassley’s probe started in 2013, when he requested all communications between Abedin, after she switched from a full-time deputy chief of staff for Clinton to a part-timer, then started working for Teneo, a consulting firm that says it “brings together the disciplines of government and public affairs.”

A July 2013 letter from the department to Grassley, provide by the senator’s office, states Abedin worked full-time from January 2009 to June 2012. It also states Abedin did not list outside employment upon ending her full-time employment and that the department retained her as an adviser-expert at the hourly rate of a SGA GS-15/10.

The most recent available federal documents show the rate as $74.51 with a maximum pay of $155,500 annually.

“A number of conflict-of-interest concerns arise when a government employee is simultaneously being paid by a private company, especially when that company (is) Teneo,” Grassley said in the March 19 letter to Kerry that also raised concerns about Abedin and other department employees appearing to have been “improperly categorized” as special government employees, or SGEs.

Grassley says he specifically wants to know “what steps the department took to ensure that … Abedin’s outside employment with a political-intelligence and corporate-advisory firm did not conflict with her simultaneous employment at the State Department.”

The letter to department Inspector General Steve Linick also questions whether the department’s “excessive” use of SGE designations undermines ethics standards and if Clinton and Abedin’s private emails have the potential to impede the department from fulfilling Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, requests, over which the upper chamber’s Judiciary Committee has legislative jurisdiction.

Grassley says the department’s answers have so far been “largely unresponsive” and points to a November 2014 response that in part states “an individual may receive an SGE designation if he or she is joining the department from the private sector or is coming from another government position.”

However, Abedin came neither from the private sector nor another government position, Grassley argues.

“She converted from a full-time employee … with seemingly little difference in her job description or responsibilities,” he wrote.

Grassley also argues that the purpose of the SGE program is to help the government get temporary services from people with special knowledge and skills whose principal employment is outside the government.

However, Abedin essentially kept the same job and was subsequently hired by Teneo and the Clinton Global Initiative.

“It is unclear what special knowledge or skills Ms. Abedin possessed that the government could not have easily obtained otherwise from regular government employees,” Grassley wrote.

The State Department says Abedin was an SGE until February 2013, essentially doing the same job that she did as a full-time employee, advising on Clinton’s schedule and travel. It also states she reviewed department ethics guidelines but was allows to work part-time without a new security clearance.

Grassley also says the department’s current use of the SGE designation “blurs the line between public and private sector employees” and that department employees getting full-time salaries for what appears to be part-time work is “especially troubling.”

“The taxpayer deserves to know,” Grassley wrote
