Trump fired Comey. Good! It was the right thing to do. The Dims are crying crocodile tears over it but that’s bullshit. They feel Comey cost Thunder Rodent Thighs the election. Fer sure she would have fired Comey if she got elected. He totally f’d up last year with his handling of the investigation of Crooked Cankles’ emails. I read that many agents resigned over his fecklessness in not recommending indicting her and his wife was pissed off about it as well. There was really nothing he could have done anyway. Had he recommended indicting her, the DOJ would have ignored his recommendation and he would have prolly wound up committing Arkancide. Anyhoo, his Hamlet act cost him his job.
Wouldn’t it be nice if Trump appointed someone who would reopen the investigation into the Hag’s emails? Last summer, Comey as much as said she was guilty as sin but wouldn’t indict her. Now that we have a DOJ that won’t protect crooked Dimocrats maybe she could be indicted and convicted. Be still my beating heart. And why the FBI is at it, investigate the crooked Clinton Crime Family Foundation that was set up for the PIAP to take bribes from foreign gummints and well healed crooks. It would sure be nice to see the Clintons finally get what they deserve.
And let’s investigate Obungler’s surveillance program. Obumbler is another dude I would like to see doing a perp walk. Susan Rice belongs in jail as well AND Huma Abedin belongs in “Prison Orange”
But that’s what banana republics do, jail the opposition, you might say. When the opposition is as corrupt as the Dimocrat Party, which is in essence a crime syndicate masquerading as a political party, the opposition belongs in jail. Thunder Rodent Thighs has been breaking the law with impunity for years. The Obongo administration was one of the most corrupt administrations in my lifetime when it came to weaponizing the gummint.
We elected Trump to drain the swamp. Firing Comey was another step in that process. I applaud him for doing it.
The main reason that Democrats are screeching about the Comey firing (that they wanted) is to attack Trump. But there’s another reason as well – to try to call any future FBI action tainted, because they may see now with a new eye in charge, a new review of the Clinton case.
Via Fox News:
President Trump’s decision to fire James Comey touched off widespread speculation in Washington over what will happen to the FBI’s Russia meddling probe – but the prospect of new leadership at the bureau also could hold implications for the ‘closed’ Hillary Clinton email case.
Brian Weidner, a veteran former FBI agent, suggested both the case and the immunity deals struck during that investigation could be revisited.
“I would be surprised if they did not review all the investigations regarding HRC and come up with [a] conclusion regarding prosecution. The statute of limitations hasn’t come into play yet,” he said in an email to Fox News.
As for the immunity deals struck with key players in the Clinton orbit, he noted those deals are “with the government, so in theory it wouldn’t change.”
Via Daily Caller:
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement-led operation led to the arrest of 1,378 gang members and associates, agency leaders announced Thursday.
The six-week operation was part of “Community Shield,” an anti-gang program launched in 2005, and was lead by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) unit in conjunction with state and local agencies.
In addition to the arrests, officials seized $491,763 in currency and 238 firearms.
Taking back his statement, fast and furiously.
In the May 9 Department of Justice (DOJ) memo detailing the major reasons for recommending the removal of FBI Director James Comey, Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder is quoted as saying that Comey’s actions concerning the Hillary Clinton email investigation “violated long-standing Justice Department policies and traditions,” broke “fundamental principles” at DOJ, and undercut the “public trust” in the DOJ and the FBI.
Holder served as attorney general under President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2015. He was deputy attorney general under President Bill Clinton from 1997 to 2001. Holder is a long-time Democrat and known to be politically liberal.
In the May 9 memo to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein criticizes Comey’s handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails in July 2016, when Clinton was then running for president.
Comey had held a press conference on July 5, where he explained the many national security failures made by Clinton and her team but also announced that he would not recommend a legal prosecution of Clinton. Comey’s public statements, the presss conference, and related actions, said Rosenstein, “I cannot defend.”
Rosenstein also wrote, “I do not understand his [Comey’s] refusal to accept the nearly universal judgment that he was mistaken.”
In the letter, Rosenstein quotes several former deputy attorneys general and attorneys general critical of Comey’s behavior. In addition to citing people who worked for Presidents Ford, Clinton, and Bush, Rosenstein quotes Holder.

In his monologue on “The Five” tonight, Greg Gutfeld reacted to the fallout after President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.
He said that Trump has again “flipped the script,” pointing to Democrat lawmakers who have totally changed their tunes on Comey.
Instead of criticizing Comey for his handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation and calling for his resignation, Democrats like Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Patrick Leahy and Sen. Tim Kaine are now calling Trump un-American and authoritarian for firing the FBI director.
“So, Trump does what they asked for and now they hate it,” Gutfeld said. “They damned Comey. And out of bipartisan benevolence, Trump grants them their wish, which is why their stuttering outrage over his firing makes them look two-faced.”
As for the firing itself, Gutfeld said the act was defensible, but Trump’s execution was flawed.
“He could have let him go in August, when half the media are drunk, picking sand from their navel. No one would have noticed. He could have done it professionally, instead of shooting him in the public square,” Gutfeld said. “But expecting Donald Trump to stick to formalities is like expecting a dog to meow or a cat to bark or Chris Matthews to make sense.”
He said the fact of the matter is that there’s no downtime in the Trump administration.
“Imagine if the movie ‘Jaws’ only had shark attacks. No character development, just characters being eaten. That’s this White House. There’s no off switch,” Gutfeld said. “He’s our ‘Spinal Tap’ president, where everything is always set to 11.”
“But maybe one day he might realize you can’t be on DEFCON 5 all the time. Of course, that’ll be when he invents DEFCON 6.”
