I guess because he’s a conservative, or something?
Best point about the new allegation.
Via Daily Wire:
The latest Brett Kavanaugh accuser, Julie Swetnik, claims that Kavanaugh, his friend Mark Judge, and other high school boys would frequently drug and rape women at parties. She paints a picture of Lord of the Flies-like gatherings, where boys would literally wait in line for their turn to rape the girls, who were either drugged or violently subdued. She says she knows this because she attended “many” of these parties. At least ten, she claims, in the span of just one year.
I’ve already pointed to six problems with her story, but I forgot to mention perhaps the biggest one. I feel I should mention it because the media certainly won’t. It could be misconstrued as “victim blaming” by people who are intent on misconstruing legitimate questions. And that question is this: if Kavanaugh and his cohorts were violent gang-rapists, and Swetnik and her friends knew this fact, why did they keep going to the parties? And why didn’t they ever contact the police?
Personally, I attended my share of parties in my teens and early twenties. I never once witnessed anything approaching a gang rape. I never once witnessed or even heard stories about a line of guys waiting patiently for their chance to assault an unconscious woman. Perhaps my experiences were an aberration, but I doubt it. The story Swetnik tells sounds like a high school party from a Hollywood horror film.
But if these parties really happened, it’s difficult to see how the police were never once called, parents were never once alerted, and the FBI, conducting several background checks on Kavanaugh through the years, never once heard tell of it. And the most incredible thing, the most unbelievable thing, the thing that potentially exposes this as a lie or a gross exaggeration, is that the accuser herself kept going back to these drug-fueled rapefests.

During the twelve days since Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein publicly announced the existence of an unspecified allegation against Brett Kavanaugh, the ABC, CBS and NBC morning and evening news shows have spent nearly six hours (344 minutes) regurgitating various unproved allegations against the Supreme Court nominee.
But only a tiny percentage of that coverage — a measly eight percent — has been devoted to Kavanaugh’s denials and the lack of corroboration for his accusers’ accounts.
MRC analysts pored over all of the coverage from September 13 through September 24. Most of the airtime (305 minutes) was spent on the allegations made by Christine Blasey Ford, which were the only known charges for most of this period. The charges leveled by Deborah Ramirez drew 37 minutes during the September 24 morning and evening news shows; an additional two minutes of airtime was spent on an unknown third accuser teased by Democratic lawyer Michael Avenatti.
Amid that sea of coverage, our analysts found the networks devoted a minuscule fraction on the key points that support the Supreme Court nominee’s case:
Kavanaugh’s denials. Back on September 14, Kavanaugh issued a statement “categorically and unequivocally” denying Ford’s charges. For most of the coverage that followed, his flat denial was relegated to a few seconds in lengthy stories about the charges — sometimes no more than a parenthetical clause that reporters mechanically inserted in stories that bombarded viewers with the salacious details of each accusation.
On September 24, however, the three evening newscasts ran a combined three minutes showing clips of Kavanaugh’s interview on Fox News, in which he stated his denials on camera for the first time. That night’s coverage boosted the total airtime spent telling viewers about Kavanaugh’s denial to 14 minutes, barely four percent of the overall coverage.
■ Ford’s lack of confirming witnesses. Almost as soon as Ford told her story to the Washington Post, Kavanaugh and fellow Georgetown Prep student Mark Judge (named by Ford as in the room at the time of the alleged assault) flatly denied that they’d ever been to a party matching her description. Over the next several days, two other individuals named as present at the event — Patrick Smyth and Leland Ingham Keyser — also said they could not corroborate Ford’s account, even though Keyser announced that she believed her friend Ford’s story anyhow.
SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK! SICK!
Just when you think the corrupt “LIBERAL” media can’t sink any lower.
Too funny not to share! Sometimes it does take a rocket scientist!
Scientists at NASA built a gun specifically to launch standard 4 pound dead chickens at the windshields of airliners, military jets and the space shuttle, all traveling at maximum velocity. The idea is to simulate the frequent incidents of collisions with airborne fowl to test the strength of the windshields. British engineers heard about the gun and were eager to test it on the windshields of their new high speed trains. Arrangements were made, and a gun was sent to the British engineers.
WHEN THE GUN WAS FIRED, THE ENGINEERS STOOD SHOCKED AS THE CHICKEN HURLED OUT OF THE BARREL, CRASHED INTO THE SHATTERPROOF SHIELD, SMASHED IT TO SMITHEREENS, BLASTED THROUGH THE CONTROL CONSOLE, SNAPPED THE ENGINEER’S BACK-REST IN TWO, AND EMBEDDED ITSELF IN THE BACK WALL OF THE CABIN, LIKE AN ARROW SHOT FROM A BOW. THE HORRIFIED BRITS SENT NASA THE DISASTROUS RESULTS OF THE EXPERIMENT, ALONG WITH THE DESIGNS OF THE WINDSHIELD AND BEGGED THE U.S SCIENTISTS FOR SUGGESTIONS.
NASA RESPONDED WITH A ONE-LINE MEMO
“DEFROST THE CHICKEN.” (TRUE STORY)
True stories are always the best.
To the Democrats this process Thursday is NOT a search for the TRUTH! We should give Christine Blasey Ford the “Presumption Of Innocence”, but not Judge Brett Kavanaugh? The ONLY results that matter to the DIMocrats is to stop another Conservative reaching the Supreme Court. They do NOT want an “up or down” vote, but I believe in the end the TRUTH will prevail and Judge Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed. Both Christine Ford AND Judge Brett Kavanaugh deserve the “PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE” ….Papa Mike
Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell said Monday that all 100 senators will soon vote on President Donald Trump‘s embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, no matter what results from a closely watched Judiciary Committee set for Thursday.
‘Judge Kavanaugh will be voted on here on the Senate floor. Up or down on the Senate floor,’ an indignant McConnell said in a fiery speech.
‘This fine nominee to the Supreme Court will receive a vote in this Senate in the near future,’ he pledged.
Kavanaugh engaged in 31 hours of committee confirmation hearings. But two women have since leveled allegations of sexual assaults that they say happened more than 30 years ago, derailing his confirmation process.

How dare you not pay rapt attention to the Narcissist-in-Chief!
Barack Obama wasn’t happy those young whippersnappers apparently weren’t hanging on his every word (about himself) on Friday.
“I’m talking to you, young people!” he snapped, pointing his finger with a stern look at some kids attending his rally for Pennsylvania Democrats.
“You! Pay attention!” he lectured with the air of a disappointed parent.
During the Philadelphia appearance for Gov. Tom Wolf, U.S. Sen. Bob Casey and several Democrat congressional candidates, Obama couldn’t help but talk about himself.
In the roughly 33-minute remarks, the former president said “I” 56 times, “Me” 5 times, and “My” 4 times, talking about himself a total of 65 times, or once about every 30 seconds.
Sounds like Senator Orrin Hatch has had it up to HERE with Senate Dems playing games with the SCOTUS confirmation process. He even seems sick and tired of the media supporting their games and vice versa.
Who knew Orrin would ever be our spirit animal?
This was an epic thread and takedown …
I just love Liz Wheeler!
Pretty much shows the total hypocrisy of the Dimocrats.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blasted Democrats and their 11th hour “me too” ambush from the Senate floor Monday afternoon. McConnell said the resistance has become a smear campaign aided and abetted by members of the U.S. Senate.
Senator McConnell also said that Kavanaugh will be voted on the Senate Floor–up or down on the Senate floor.
FOX News Shannon Bream reported: McConnell says: This is what the so-called resistance has become, a smear campaign plain and simple – aided and abetted by members of the United States Senate.

Read through all the bullshit and the woman can’t even remember who the person in question was, she just assumes it was Kavanaugh. This is all designed to pull away Collins and Murkowski. Once again, Republicans concerned with being fair and nice, blew it enabling Dem strategy to pull out more tricks.
Via New Yorker:
As Senate Republicans press for a swift vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Senate Democrats are investigating a new allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. The claim dates to the 1983-84 academic school year, when Kavanaugh was a freshman at Yale University. The offices of at least four Democratic senators have received information about the allegation, and at least two have begun investigating it. Senior Republican staffers also learned of the allegation last week and, in conversations with The New Yorker, expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh’s nomination. Soon after, Senate Republicans issued renewed calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote. The Democratic Senate offices reviewing the allegations believe that they merit further investigation. “This is another serious, credible, and disturbing allegation against Brett Kavanaugh. It should be fully investigated,” Senator Mazie Hirono, of Hawaii, said. An aide in one of the other Senate offices added, “These allegations seem credible, and we’re taking them very seriously. If established, they’re clearly disqualifying.”
The woman at the center of the story, Deborah Ramirez, who is fifty-three, attended Yale with Kavanaugh, where she studied sociology and psychology. Later, she spent years working for an organization that supports victims of domestic violence. The New Yorker contacted Ramirez after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh. The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer. For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty. After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.
Hoagie sandwich chain Taylor Gourmet will close all 19 of its outlets largely due to a decline in sales after its co-founder attended an event last year led by President Donald Trump, according to Washingtonian.
A Taylor Gourmet spokesperson confirmed the closures in the article. Seventeen locations are in D.C. and surrounding areas and two more are in Chicago.
Fortune was unable to reach Taylor Gourmet for comment.
While real estate costs, rapid expansion, and competition may have been factors, Washingtonian cites several company insiders who noted that sales dropped after co-founder Casey Patten was photographed with Trump. One said sales plummeted 40% the following day and “never recovered.” A Taylor Gourmet spokesperson said revenue rebounded.
Patten faced the backlash after an event in January 2017 with the president at the Small Business Administration. Taylor gave a short speech to Trump about how the food industry relies on immigrants and the American-born children of immigrants for staff, and Patten’s desire to reduce regulations that would affect his employees.
A D.C. neighborhood site, PoPville, posted an item about Patten’s attendance and a link to a photo. A social-media furor resulted.
Patten said later that he is “apolitical,” and he used his opportunity with the president to push small-business issues. President Barack Obama appeared at one of Taylor Gourmet’s outlets in 2012, and spoke about challenges facing small businesses with Patten and co-founder David Mazza.
Accuser of Brett Kavanaugh Makes Money from RU-486 Abortion Pills”
From Donna Garner
[Nobody knows how Brett Kavanaugh would vote as a Supreme Court Justice on issues surrounding abortion. However it is very likely that Christine Blasey Ford and the company for which she is a researcher (Corcept Therapeutics) do not want to take a chance. Kavanaugh might hurt their profits! Corcept Therapeutics manufactures and markets an abortion pill called “mifepristone” which is widely known as “RU-486.”
The article below written by Mike Adams is fully documented. Please make sure to look at the bios posted in the screen shot entitled “Consortium Core Faculty.” This clearly shows that Christine Blasey, Ph.D. is a Director of Biostatistics at Corcept Therapeutics and is a current professor at Palo Alto University.] – Donna Garner]
“Now the truth comes out: Blasey is a paid researcher for an abortion pill company with a lot to lose if Kavanaugh is confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court.”

“Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey exposed for ties to Big Pharma abortion pill maker… effort to derail Kavanaugh is plot to protect abortion industry profits”
By Mike Adams
Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, who claims — without any evidence — that Kavanaugh inappropriately touched her at a drunken party while in high school, turns out to have ties to an abortion pill pharmaceutical company called Corcept Therapeutics [produces an abortion pill called “mifepristone” also referred to as RU-486].
This discovery brings to light an obvious conflict of interest in Blasey’s story, revealing that she works for a pharmaceutical company that manufacturers an abortion pill drug, whose profits could be strongly impacted by future Supreme Court decisions on abortion rights.
Corcept Therapeutics (Corcept.com) manufacturers and markets an abortion pill drug called mifepristone, and Christine Blasey Ford is a co-author of at least eight published scientific papers produced by the pharmaceutical giant to promote its pills. You can see Blasey’s name listed on several publications at this Corcept.com web page detailing their research papers.
Corcept Therapeutics, Inc., a $166 billion market cap company (stock symbol CORT) reportedly has current annual sales of $216 million. The company offers just one drug, mifepristone, which is widely known as an “abortion pill” or RU-486.
Christine Blasey Ford has claimed that four other people attended a small gathering at which she was allegedly assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh. Three of those people, PJ Smyth, Mark Judge, and Kavanaugh, have already denied any recollection of attending such a party.
On Saturday night, Leland Ingham Keyser, a classmate of Ford’s at the all-girls school Holton-Arms and her final named witness, denied any recollection of attending a party with Brett Kavanaugh.
“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” lawyer Howard J. Walsh said in a statement sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
CNN reports that ” Keyser is a lifelong friend of Ford’s.”
Keyser previously coached golf at Georgetown University and is now executive producer of Bob Beckel’s podcast. Keyser is the ex-wife of Beckel, a former Democratic operative and commentator. A search on OpenSecrets.org reveals Keyser’s only political donation has been to former Democratic senator Byron Dorgan.
Keyser’s denial, as a female lifelong friend and Ford’s last alleged witness, is the most consequential development that has occurred since Ford publicly stepped forward last Sunday and detailed her allegations to the Washington Post. Ford’s allegation of the 1982 incident was told to no one until a 2012 therapy session, when Kavanaugh was first touted in the media as the most likely GOP Supreme Court nominee.
All of Ford’s alleged witnesses of the party, both male and female, have now denied any recollection of attending such a party.
