Donald Trump has frequently criticized the “catch and release” policies our country has practiced for years as an ineffective practice which leads to more crime.
This is a perfect, although horrific, example of what he meant.
ABC News reported:
Mexican Man Charged With Rape Had 19 Deportations, Removals
A Mexican man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus that traveled through Kansas had been deported 10 times and voluntarily removed from the U.S. another nine times since 2003, records obtained by The Associated Press show.
Three U.S. Republican senators — including Kansas’ Jerry Moran and Pat Roberts — demanded this month that the Department of Homeland Security provide immigration records for 38-year-old Tomas Martinez-Maldonado, who is charged with a felony in the alleged Sept. 27 attack aboard a bus in Geary County. He is being held in the Geary County jail in Junction City, which is about 120 miles west of Kansas City.
U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, from Iowa and chairman of the judiciary committee, co-signed a Dec. 9 letter with Moran and Roberts to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, calling it “an extremely disturbing case” and questioning how Martinez-Maldonado was able to re-enter and remain in the country.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it has placed a detainer — a request to turn Martinez-Maldonado over to ICE custody before he is released — with Geary County. ICE declined to discuss his specific case beyond its October statement regarding the 10 deportations.
Who in our current administration will stand up and accept blame for this? Who will look the victim’s family in the eyes and apologize?
The short answer is no one.
Liberals take note. Trump is not anti-immigration, he is pro-legal immigration.
This is one sad reason why.

Now it may have been Russia. But the problem, as this independent assessment notes, is that the Obama regime is pushing it as fact, without any facts having been laid out to prove it.
Talk about disappointments. The US government’s much-anticipated analysis of Russian-sponsored hacking operations provides almost none of the promised evidence linking them to breaches that the Obama administration claims were orchestrated in an attempt to interfere with the 2016 presidential election.
The 13-page report, which was jointly published Thursday by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, billed itself as an indictment of sorts that would finally lay out the intelligence community’s case that Russian government operatives carried out hacks on the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and Clinton Campaign Chief John Podesta and leaked much of the resulting material. While security companies in the private sector have said for months the hacking campaign was the work of people working for the Russian government, anonymous people tied to the leaks have claimed they are lone wolves. Many independent security experts said there was little way to know the true origins of the attacks.
Sadly, the JAR, as the Joint Analysis Report is called, does little to end the debate. Instead of providing smoking guns that the Russian government was behind specific hacks, it largely restates previous private-sector claims without providing any support for their validity. Even worse, it provides an effective bait and switch by promising newly declassified intelligence into Russian hackers’ “tradecraft and techniques” and instead delivering generic methods carried out by just about all state-sponsored hacking groups.
If I were President, or at least Attorney General Loretta Lynch, I would take this punk to the nearest airport with “body chains” up to his neck because he’s a CONVICTED FELON! Fly him FREE anywhere he wants to go in the Middle East so he can hear all the Muslim music for the rest of his life. If he returns here he will go directly to prison for the rest of his life where I’m sure his cellmate husband “Bubba” will share his music if he just says PLEASE!. Check out his lengthy “rap sheet” and you tell me if he only deserved a bond of $2150? His busts for assault; robbery; grand theft; trespass; battery; disorderly intoxication; lewd and lascivious exhibition; distributing stolen property; criminal mischief; and carrying a concealed weapon. ………….Papa Mike
What The Hell Is Muslim Music?
Via Smoking Gun:
Angered that “Christian music” was being played inside a McDonald’s, a Florida man cursed at employees and other patrons and demanded that they “turn it off and play Muslim and Hindu music,” according to cops who arrested the customer.
Joseph Allen, 46, walked into the McDonald’s around 10:20 AM Tuesday and created “a threat to the safety of others,” according to a Largo Police Department report.
Allen, cops say, “began cursing at customers and employees” due to the “Christian music” being played over speakers in the fast food restaurant (seen below). The “Christian music” to which Allen referred was apparently Christmas tunes.
Allen, who appeared intoxicated, approached McDonald’s workers “in an aggressive manner,” leaving the employees “in fear for their safety.”
Police responding to a 911 call confronted Allen, who reportedly admitted to cursing at McDonald’s workers and customers. A search of Allen turned up a small bag of methamphetamine in a pants pocket. Seen above, Allen was booked into the county jail on disorderly conduct and narcotics possession charges.
Allen, a convicted felon, is locked up in lieu of $2150 bond. His lengthy rap sheet includes busts for assault; robbery; grand theft; trespass; battery; disorderly intoxication; lewd and lascivious exhibition; distributing stolen property; criminal mischief; and carrying a concealed weapon.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz slammed Obama and his administration for “setting back the peace process enormously” between the Israelis and Palestinians by allegedly colluding to forward a resolution condemning West Bank settlements.
Dershowitz predicted there will be Congressional hearings on whether President Obama or advisor Ben Rhodes had a hand in the resolution’s crafting, but said there was “obvious collusion” between the White House and the UN.
“This couldn’t have happened without complete support and encouragement of the US,” he said.
Rhodes, Obama and Vice President Biden will have to swear under oath before Congress and “acknowledge” what roles they allegedly played in the resolution’s creation, he said.
Dershowitz added that the more than 70-minute speech by Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday should win the Academy Award for “Best Fictional Presentation”, slamming the former Massachusetts senator’s understanding of the Israel-Palestinian conflict.
He alleged Obama is taking out his anger toward another country on successor President-elect Donald Trump by “tying his hands” through a UN resolution.
In a lengthy condemnation of Israeli settlement construction yesterday, Secretary of State John Kerry accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of hindering the peace process.
Kerry denounced violence by Palestinians toward Israelis, but discussions of terrorism were overshadowed by his criticism of Netanyahu’s policies.
The former liberal senator from Massachusetts mentioned “terrorism” seven times in a speech that lasted one hour and 13 minutes. Hamas was said four times, while Iran and Hezbollah were mentioned once each.
Underscoring the tone of the speech, Kerry mentioned Israeli “occupation” 14 times and settlements 42 times.
Pete Hegseth noted that Kerry’s speech was repetitive, calling it “offensive” for Kerry to “equate settlements to suicide bombers.”
“I felt like I was watching the same speech over and over every 15 minutes. … It’s like, if I say it six times to you then it really must be true,” he said.
The speech was harshly criticized by Netanyahu, who said Kerry “paid lip service” to nearly a century of terrorism toward Israel.
Ed Henry noted that Kerry’s speech went on far longer than some of the memorable speeches in American political history.
They discussed the address on “Fox & Friends” with counter-terrorism expert Dr. Sebastian Gorka, who said President Barack Obama is revealing his true feelings toward Israel in his final days in the White House.
Gorka said Kerry is “irrelevant” and was simply speaking for Obama and his inner circle.
“Look at the last eight years. Look at the fact that the people who helped get President Obama elected, that team was sent to Israel to work against Bibi Netanyahu in the election. That’s all you need to know,” Gorka recalled, adding that Obama has a “personal animus” toward Netanyahu.
