‘The Ninth Circus’: Judge Jeanine Tears Into Hawaii Judge’s Travel Ban Ruling

Watch Video HERE

A few days ago, a Hawaii federal judge blocked key portions of the Trump administration’s revised travel ban.

President Donald Trump called it “unprecedented judicial overreach” by the Ninth Circuit.

Parts of Trump’s temporary travel ban, targeting six majority-Muslim countries, were also blocked by a Maryland federal judge

On “Fox & Friends” today, Judge Jeanine Pirro blasted the decisions against the temporary travel ban, calling them “absurd” and noting that Hawaii hasn’t even taken in refugees from the six Muslim-majority nations.

“I think all the refugees should go to Hawaii. … Right now I don’t think [the state] has standing [to challenge the order],” said Pirro.

She argued that if President Obama issued the same executive order, he would have been applauded for keeping Americans safe.

“It’s the Ninth circus. It’s a joke,” said Pirro, adding there is “hypocrisy” in the courts, where judges are ruling against what the Constitution states.

UPDATE: White House Tells All VA Facilities to Hang President’s Portrait

The White House issued a directive to all VA facilities, instructing them to hang a portrait of President Trump, Ed Henry reported this morning.

“Fox & Friends” has reported on this all week after Republican congressman and Army veteran Brian Mast hung a portrait of President Trump and Secretary of Veterans Affairs David Shulkin at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center.

The pictures were then taken down by staffers, with one reportedly declaring that President Trump was not his president.

Mast and local veterans spoke out against the move, though the management argued there was a protocol for hanging the photos and they’d need to be authenticated.

Henry said there’s been a huge reaction on social media to this story, but it remains to be seen whether VA facilities around the country will follow the order and actually hang the portrait.

The White House directed VA buildings to print Trump’s picture from the internet and hang it, along with the VA secretary’s portrait, WPEC-TV reported.

He said the current plan is to hang an unofficial photo until the government releases an official portrait of President Trump. Henry said it’s commonplace for the current president’s picture to be hung in government buildings.

A VA spokeswoman said that the congressman’s actions and the actions of the veterans who accompanied him were “inappropriate.” She said that portraits on display at the VA need to come from the central office.

A Marine veteran said earlier in the show that he went to his local Minnesota VA facility recently and inquired about why the new president’s picture wasn’t there, like Barack Obama’s had been.

He said he was told by a worker that the facility didn’t want to bother because “they’re planning on impeaching him.”

Rep. Mast, who lost his legs in an IED blast in Afghanistan and still receives treatment at the Florida facility, joined “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, explaining that when veterans see a problem, they take action.

“This is exactly what pisses people off about the government is they don’t have that kind of reactionary capability to just fix a problem immediately. Here we see they made an even bigger problem out of the situation,” he said.

Mast said the Veterans Administration belongs to those who have served the country, not to the VA employees.

“There is absolutely a political end to this,” said Mast, adding that VA employee unions campaigned heavily against President Trump, including in his district.

Very Fake News: Juan Williams Slams CNN Report Claiming Sean Hannity ‘Pulled Gun’ on Him After ‘Argument’

The fake news establishment media at CNN is at it again. Now they are attacking Fox News host Sean Hannity, smearing his reputation with a phony story about him allegedly pointing a gun at liberal Fox News contributor Juan Williams.
Dylan Byers, one of the media writers at CNN who works for media industry defender Brian Stelter, printed a story on Thursday alleging: “Last year, after ending one of his many spirited on-air arguments with liberal contributor Juan Williams, Hannity pulled out a gun and pointed it directly at Williams.” Byers cited “three sources with knowledge of the incident” to make the claim.

“He even turned on the laser sight, causing a red dot to bob around on Williams’ body,” Byers wrote, adding in parentheses: “Hannity was just showing off, the sources said, but the unforeseen off-camera antic clearly disturbed Williams and others on set.”

Byers added in the next paragraph that the alleged incident was investigated, and it was determined nothing bad happened.

“For the record: Hannity’s colleagues brought the Williams incident to the attention of Fox News executives, though it’s not clear whether anything came of it,” Byers wrote. “The sources said it went to Bill Shine, the network’s co-president and longtime Fox News executive, who is Hannity’s longtime friend and a former producer. A Fox News spokesperson said the incident was referred to the legal and human resources departments.”

Byers buried deep in the story the actual quotes from Fox News itself, and Hannity and Williams themselves. All of them say are saying the incident is being way overblown by CNN, which is one of Fox’s competitors, is lagging behind Fox in the ratings, and is constantly under fire for printing fake news stories like this one.

“Sean Hannity has been trained in firearm safety since he was 11 years old and has a license to carry a gun in five states, including New York,” Fox News said in its statement. “The situation was thoroughly investigated and it was found that no one was put in any danger.”

Hannity himself says that CNN’s interpretation of events is “outright false reporting.”

“While discussing the issue of firearms, I showed my good friend Juan Williams my unloaded firearm in a professional and safe manner for educational purposes only,” Hannity said. “Every precautionary procedure that I have been trained in since the age of 11 was followed. I’ve had a conceal carry permit in five states for all of my adult life. Any other interpretation of this is outright false reporting.”

The kicker is Williams himself says the whole thing is being blown way out of proportion.

“This incident is being sensationalized — everything was under total control throughout and I never felt like I was put in harm’s way,” Williams said, according to the CNN report. “It was clear that Sean put my safety and security above all else and we continue to be great friends.”

Williams even took to Twitter to defend Hannity:

Didja see this story?

Students at Valley High School in Des Moines, Iowa, issued an apology after they became aware that their red, white and blue apparel might have offended a rival school.

Here we go again. Someone is offended. Patriotic apparel offended students at another school. I wonder why?

Valley High School students opted to wear USA-themed attire instead of their school colors, black and orange, to a basketball game against North High School on March 8, according to WHO.

However, their patriotic clothing was misconstrued by some as “offensive” because many of the rival school’s players hailed from refugee families.

Refugee families. They come to this country and are offended by the symbols of this country? They are offended by the symbols of the country that took them in and provided relief to them? Then WTF are they doing here? If the American flag and red white and blue apparel offends them, they do not belong here. They need to catch a flight back to the shitholestans they came from. They’re black so they are prolly Moslems from Africa.

“Any normal person, any educated person can look at that and think, ‘What the hell are these kids thinking?’” said Morgan Wheat, an assistant coach at North High School.

“Kids are kids, I get it, but I do have questions. I want to know why.”

I want to know why your kids are offended by patriotic symbols Morgan? What are your kids thinking that patriotic stuff offends them? Are they ashamed of being in this country? Then they are welcome to leave. This is the United States of America and most of us, except Dimocrats, are proud of this country. Obviously these refugees are not so they need to pack up and go back to where they came from. And you are an asshole for defending these offended students. You should be telling them they should be proud of the country that took them in and be ashamed of themselves for being offended by symbols of it.

On Thursday, Valley High School’s Student Leadership members reportedly hand-delivered an apology letter to make amends with their neighboring school.

They also shared the letter on Facebook:

The following statement was written by our student council leadership and hand delivered to North High School today.

To the Students and Staff of North High School:

It has been brought to our attention that the decision by the Valley High School student section to wear U.S.A. apparel at our game last night was offensive to members of your community and fan base. We are deeply sorry if we have offended anyone in any way. We have traditionally dressed in such a fashion for great games such as the one last night. Everyone here at Valley has immense respect not only for your team and players but for your community as a whole. Please know that our intent was in no way to offend or demean—just to support our own team in a way we have done before.

Congratulations on a wonderful season and we wish you nothing but the best of luck in the future.

Valley High School Student Council Leadership

WTF are the students at Valley High apologizing for? Prolly because their rat bastard commie teachers told them to. They have nothing to apologize for. Obviously, the refugee students are ashamed of being in America. Time for them to leave. Fuck them!

North High School basketball coach Chad Ryan spoke out on the allegations, saying he doesn’t think it’s fair to assume Valley students meant any malice towards his team with their chosen attire.

Of course they didn’t. As they said, they do this for all big games. The problem was with the refugees who were offended by symbols of the country that was nice enough to take them in. So how do they show their gratitude? By being offended by symbols of their new home. Ungrateful bastards! This is what we get by importing Third World low IQ refugees.

“I don’t want to judge those young people not knowing their motives,” Ryan told the Des Moines Register. “What I will say is we’re proud of our diversity at North High School — not only on our basketball team, but our population.”

Yeah Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). Foreigners who don’t want to assimilate. They escaped from shitholestans but want to bring the policies that turned their countries into shitholestans with them. Ungrateful assholes! All of them! And the assistant coach who defended them should be all over them and tell them they are in the USA and if the American flag defends them, they are in the wrong country.

This shit pisses me off. Immigrants offended by the American flag. This is like the illegal Mexicans who come here because their country is a Third World shithole but wave the Mexican flag. Hey Pedro! Take that flag and ram it up your Mexican ass. You like Mexico so much? Guess what? Trump is gonna send you back there and you can wave the Mexican flag as much as you want.

Make America Great Again!
